Mango-Berry Tango


Ingredients :

  • Two Tablespoon Oats

  • Half a glass of Soy Milk

  • Half a Mango

  • 1 Strawberry

  • 8 Blueberries

  • 1 Tablespoon coconut flakes

  • 2 Almonds

  • 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds

Steps :

  • Soak the Oats overnight in Soy milk.

  • Blend the soaked Oats with the Mango.

  • Place the mix in a bowl & top it with strawberry slices, blueberries, crushed almonds & toasted coconut flakes.

  • Sprinkle Chia seeds on top.

Breakfast has been served. Bon Appetite!
