Banana- Berry bowl


Ingredients:

  • Two tablespoon Oats

  • Half a glass Whole Milk

  • Half a Banana

  • Two Strawberries

  • Couple of Blueberries

  • 1 tea-spoon Chia seeds

Steps:

  • Soak the Oats in Whole milk overnight.

  • Blend the soaked Oats with the blueberries

  • Place the mix in a bowl & top it with Strawberry & Banana slices

  • Sprinkle Chia seeds & some toasted Oats on top

Breakfast has been served. Bon Appetite!
